We have also designed a t-shirt for every single spacecraft model. This line of t-shirts will printed on Comfort Colors blanks, which is upgrade from our last shirt release. Get your ship and get the shirt.
How much ships cost
We created this handy chart to show you every ship and its corresponding SAP CAN cost.
How you get SAP CANS
Holders will get five cans for every drifter in an individual wallet, but also a bonus for each holder tier. On Thursday 11/9 around 10am PST we will take a snapshot of all wallets that hold drifters. In the following days we will airdrop Sap Cans based on that 11/9 snapshot with the amount of Sap Cans airdropped to each wallet based on the below chart. You have a week to make sure you have all your drifters in the correct wallet. You have been warned!
Additionally, you can trade in your loot cards for SAP CANS. Many people have loot cards they don’t even know about, because OpenSea is consistently buggy with that contract. You can see all of your loot cards by connecting your wallet to our website.
NOTE: Trading in each different different type of loot card is it’s own transaction. For example, you can trade 17 Scableaf cards at once and 5 Skrit cards at once, but you cannot trade both of them together. And unfortunately each transaction comes with its own gas fee. We encourage you to trade your loot cards when gas is low.
Drifter sale
If you are wanting to add some Drifters to your collection ahead of the snapshot to get more SAP CANS, we listed 100 Drifters from the team wallet on OpenSea for minting price. These listings are set to expire on 11/8.
You can see them on OpenSea here.
The significance of these ships
These ships were crafted in a high degree of detail by architectural designers Daniel Scoulding and Samuel Storr of Studio Archetype FX. They were created in the caliber necessary for theatrical screens. Essentially, we’ve already started making the movie. As we progress into the financing stage of the film we will be touting this fact to all interested parties, which is incredibly unique. And we have The Fringe community to thank. For us, these ships are the crown jewel of this world-building project.
So many community and team members worked on the ships. Directors Zeek Earl and Chris Caldwell have been coordinating the ship creation with the process of script writing. Matt Acosta, Terramoto, and Zeek have been overseeing creative direction and graphic design. FutureGhost and Taylor Dubose created graphic design and colorways for many ships. ThainOS’s spectacular typefaces have been used across every ship in the collection. Used_Hand_Towel created a special creature for the Boondocker Biocamper. Polynoise has provided insight and help on numerous phases of the process. Two colorways by Ash08 and Carter Reed emerged out of our coloring contest. And of course one ship design came from Tim Goddard via our LEGO contest.
And almost all of these folks found each other through our community. Which is pretty cool.
What’s next?
Time to go make this movie. Much to come.
